Chantal was raised in a small fishing village on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Licensed as a Maryland Realtor® since 2000, she spent a decade with Sotheby's representing luxury estates in Connecticut, then came home to the Chesapeake in 2017. The Eastern Shore she's selling is the one she grew up walking, waterfront, working harbors and all.
She also helped manage her family's marine construction company, which contributed to some of the Mid-Atlantic's best-known marinas. When her clients buy on the water, they're working with someone who understands what's under the dock, not just the listing on top of it.
